Agreement to Terms

By using the services of RightTrack San Luis Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before requesting our towing or roadside assistance services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

RightTrack San Luis Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching services, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are provided on an as-needed basis and are subject to availability.

We strive to respond to all service requests as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, traffic, and current demand for services.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges incurred for the services we provide.

Price quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates only. Final charges may vary based on actual circumstances including distance, time required, vehicle condition, and any additional services needed.

Vehicle Responsibility

While we take every precaution to handle your vehicle safely, you acknowledge that towing and recovery services involve inherent risks. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. RightTrack San Luis Towing is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.

You represent that you have legal authority to request towing services for the vehicle in question. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before providing services.

Liability Limitations

RightTrack San Luis Towing maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. However, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the towing process. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from the condition of your vehicle.

We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to weather conditions, road closures, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver has already been dispatched and is en route to your location. We will inform you of any applicable cancellation charges before finalizing the cancellation.

Safety and Cooperation

For everyone's safety, you agree to follow all instructions provided by our towing professionals. You will not interfere with our equipment or operations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that conditions are unsafe or if a customer is verbally abusive or threatening to our staff.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
